SO this week I am going to change my lifestyle drastically. I have been eating healthier but I am up in my weight so some things need to change. It would be my goal to get back to where I was in February but I think that it’s a long shot because I was on adderall. I am basically on a vegan based diet but I might make a few exceptions. Also, I am going to measure out my food fully, and find some awesome alternatives to share with you guys. I also have to work out at least 15 minutes a day (which is a lot for me since my body is a mess). Let me know if you have an suggestions or ideas!!
