Resolution Series: Goals

So I promised I’d post my goals for the resolution series today. I really thought about some of these. Some may be hard to achieve but I am going to try my best. I really want to change my life for the better. As long as I try, I won’t get upset if I don’t completely achieve them. I think it’s so important to challenge yourself. If you don’t, then what’s the point of your journey? Sure, we all go through challenges everyday but it’s about how you handle them. No one has it easy but its important to set yourself up for success by working hard. Here is what I’ve come up with so far:

Weight: 

  • 20 lbs. by June
  • 20 lbs. by October
  • Dairy & Nut free diet most days (due to major intolerances)
  • Healthy non-processed foods most days
  • No dessert everyday, maybe once a week
  •  Keep my food journal for my doctor (been slacking and he’s gonna be pissed)
  • Start exercising (Little steps, the fatigue is still pretty bad)

College:

  • Strive to keep up my GPA
  • Get a job
  • Go out more
  • Try new things
  • Take time FOR ME
  • Eliminate all toxic people
  • Be more accepting with allowing life to take it’s course
  • ****Choose happiness over everything****

  1. I love your goals! I’ve never really set any new year’s resolutions for myself, but I’m starting this year! I agree that it’s important to challenge yourself and try your best to achieve what you want. I wish you happy year 2018 and good luck with your goals! xx
