My Super Healthy Breakfast

I’ve never been a breakfast person until recently, plus I’ve fallen in love with a new food! I love oatmeal. I always used to think it was disgusting until I had it on my trip in Orlando. They had an oatmeal bar at my hotel with so many different toppings you could put on it! I am gonna show you guys, what I do everyday with my oatmeal.

The oatmeal I like to buy is Quaker’s Weight Control oatmeals. The come in flavors such as banana bread, cinnamon, and brown sugar and all are 160 calories and delicious. After, I heat that up I love to put berries on my oatmeal. Fresh raspberries and blueberries have been my favorites right now. Lastly, I top it off with chia seeds.
