Fatigue fatigue fatigue

Most people who have autoimmune disease struggle with fatigue. I happen to really suffer from it. I drink 2 cups of coffee a day, try to keep a regular sleep schedule, and still am tired. It’s been really hard to work out even for just 10 minutes because I get tired and weak so fast. I really try to do as much as I can, but it can be extremely hard. Sometimes I wake up with a ton of energy (only for the first part of the day though) other times I am dead to the world. I decided that next semester I think I’ll take one 10 am because it’s been hard to keep getting up at 10 am until this fatigue gets under control. I am hoping that it will get better as time goes on with my medication adjustments but for right now, its another struggle that I have to deal with.

  1. I know exactly what you’re talking about. The fatigue has been rough this week for me too, and it’s been an extra crazy busy week which doesn’t look like it’s going to slow down next week. It’s so hard to get going but I have too.
