Self Improvements can be a challenge. Let’s talk 5 ways to self improve that can get us ready to kill it in 2021! I know it has been a rough 2020, but good thing we can start over fresh and we get another chance to have things improve. Now, things obviously won’t be perfect but it’s start.
Alright, time to start working some self improvements:
1. Set Monthly Goals
First, make sure these are attainable and realistic because you definitely don’t want set yourself up for failure. However, I am not saying that you shouldn’t reach for your dreams so you can add a goal or two that will get you out of your box, but don’t feel down if you can’t hit them right now.
2. Manifest Your Dreams
Second, something I have learned is saying it over and over again until it happens can help. So if you want to make that $ then believe you will because it might just happen. Write down what you want and say it over a few times a day.
3. Say Your Daily Mantras
Third, you need to believe in yourself. Here are some ideas:
- I am strong.
- My beauty is inside and out.
- I am smart.
- I will be successful.
4. Create a Daily Routine
It’s important. I wake up everyday, drink my iced coffee and read books on how I can become a better me. Then, I get my workout in and I am ready to slay my day.
5. Create a Support System That Will Keep You Accountable
Don’t think you can do it on your own? Have your friends and family check in on you and push you to achieve what you want to achieve.
