Happy New Year guys! I can’t believe it’s 2019 already. Life flies by so fast! I really decided to work on myself this year in multiple ways. Something that has been bothering me the last year and a half is my weight. I gained a lot of weight between my medications, my illness, and my poor choices. My medications made me so hungry so I ate way more then I needed to. Before the year ended I decided to change my habits. I stopped eating as much because I went on a new medication that suppressed my hunger but I wanted to do even more. I signed up for Weight Watchers.
I think Weight Watchers is the healthiest way to go when you want to lose weight. It’s all about calories in and calories out. You can still eat what you want but in moderation which is super important. So I started just before the New Year and I have made a lot of progress. Before starting I lost 3 lbs. the first week of my trip. Then after signing up I lost 4 lbs. a week later. Then I weighed myself again and lost another pound! So in total I’ve already lost 8.5 lbs. I am really proud of myself making this change. I can’t wait to keep going and continuing to make health choices. I have some goals in mind of how much I want to take off but I am going to keep that to myself until it actually happens. I just have to stay motivated and continue to strive to do my best.

Congrats! You’re doing so well already! I think it’s great you started before New Year, I know for me if I have something in mind I want to achieve it’s easy to say ‘I’ll start January 1st’ but that means I’m probably less likely to stick to it. I’ve also heard great things about Weight Watchers from Louise Pentland X
