I really wanted to share with you guys what I am thinking my New Years goals are. I love making goals but I don’t always follow through which stinks. I am going to work on following through this time though because it’s super important for my health. So here are some of my goals:
1. Lose Weight
Ideally, I’d like to start of by taking maybe like 30 pounds. I have started to change my eating habits these past two weeks and my doctor told me I couldn’t have alcohol until I dropped some weight. I guess that’s fair but its been bugging me for months and they’re not really sure why I’ve gained so much weight which is so tough. But I am going to go to a nutritionist and my trainer so maybe that will work some magic.
2. Work Harder on My Blog
This is something I really need to put time into. I don’t put enough time and effort into it and if I did I would be so much farther with it. It’s hard because I don’t always feel well enough to but when I do I need to really start working harder.
3. Work on My Socials for My Blog
I’ve only really worked on my twitter but now that it’s growing I need step up my game with Instagram next. I just need to figure out how to go about it first. I had a strategy for Twitter that worked so maybe I can implement it in Instagram next.
4. Get Myself into Remission
This is probably one of the harder ones with loosing weight as well. It’s not something I can necessarily do but it’s something I can work towards. But we will see what the future holds!
5. Be More Present This Semester
Last semester I was gone for 7 weeks because I felt awful. I was super anti-social because of everything and now that I got a new car I am ready to go and go on adventures when I can!
I think that these are all goals I can work toward! Hopefully I’ll do a good job and complete some of them. I really want to strive to be better in every way possible. What are your New Years Resolutions??
