Soooo I have started a weight loss journey. I started yesterday to be exact. I just keep looking at my older pictures hoping to snap back. How did I let myself go this bad? I mean some of it (most of it) is not my fault and I am still having trouble accepting it. I am determined to snap back into some sort of shape even if it’s just 20 lbs. or 10 to start. I want to change even though I will go through harder obstacles. Yes I am always hungry but I need to learn to control it and go for better things. I find myself eating so much cereal (going through boxes every few days) that I am done. I can’t let myself do that anymore. The diet I decided to join was Weight Watchers. I used it back in high school when I was pretty skinny and I thought to try it again. I’ll keep you guys posted! Xx
I feel like I was meant to see this today. I have been struggling with my weight for a really long time, almost all of my life. I have been through all the trends, all the fad diets, stop eating sugars, and drinking pop. You name it, I’ve done it.
Just recently I ended up in the hospital with really bad stomach pains, and my mental illness has been worse than EVER. A few days ago, I decided that I’m going to start living a better life, so this past week I’ve gotten up at 6:30-7AM every day to go for a walk, making a conscious effort of what goes into my body. I don’t work out often, but I’ve noticed a huge difference already.
I wish you all the luck on your journey. We can keep tabs and keep each other in check ♥ It feels good to not be alone.
