I found this really cool October challenge list from a fellow blogger! I am going to try my best to blog everyday in October. Today’s challenge is to list my October goals, so here goes nothing.
1.Keep eating healthy
2.Work out everyday
3.Take good care of myself
4.Put myself before others
5.Eliminate toxic people from my life
6.Have as much fun as I can

Good idea! I think I am going to start simple;
1.Stay positive.
2.Drop chocolate out of my diet this monthπ
3. Encourage one person a day.
4. Start biking again.
