Two Weeks Vegan!!

Posted on September 29, 2017 by Sydney Rose

Hey guys-

So I’ve been vegan for officially two weeks now (I mean I’m not gonna lie I cheated tonight because I love the chicken at this one place). But besides that, (okay I do make the exception of eggs because I have issues with protein) I have been very good. I’ve noticed such a difference though!! I have way more energy even though energy and fatigue are issues still and I can get so much more done in a day. You’re probably reading this saying that such bull but I wish I was lying (not really). It’s a really hard thing to do but its worth every moment. I feel less bloated and less blah. I think that I may have a gluten issue so that’s gonna be my next venture but I def recommend trying to be vegan. I think I’ll probably post some of my favorite stuff when I am done trying out different things. People think you are so limited when you eat vegan but thats really not the case. There are so many different foods you can eat and it’s really fun exploring. I really never thought I would last this long but I really worked hard to. Try it out with me and see for yourself!!

Yay I am so happy for you and I am glad to hear that you are finding it easy! Being vegan really is very abundant and gives you the opportunity to try so many news foods 🙂 best of luck! x

Good for you! I have tried going vegan before but I find it very challenging, especially as everyone in our household eats a lot of chicken, fish and eggs.

Do you find that you’re eating a lot of meat/diary replacement products (e.g. vegan cheese slices)? I’ve noticed there are so much vegan replacement products in the market lately!

No I’m not a meat fan I never eat it so that wasn’t hard at all to give up. Yes I eat a lot of dairy but I totally moved past it I mean I miss it but I’m better off with out it!

Be careful with eating garlic, if you’re dealing with autoimmune disease it builds your immune system. It’s a no no. I wish you all the best. I went through it for a couple of years and it didn’t help me at all. I’m glad you’re finding it’s making a difference for you. 🙂
