For those of you who don’t know what FOMO means it means Fear Of Missing Out. I’m sure at one point or another you guys have all felt that way. For me, I feel it all of the time. Personally, I think social media makes it worse. When I see my friends out or doing something fun on snapchat, facebook, or instagram–I get sad. Typically when this happens, I’ll be extremely fatigue or sick and I just feel like it’s not fair.
In the past 3 (almost 4 years, WOAH) years I’ve missed out on at least 75% of my life. I didn’t get to go to my senior prom, or go to some of my sorority events etc. Usually I can go to class then back to nap and class again and that is my life. I tend to miss out on going out on the weekends, and when you don’t end up being able to go to social events, people forget about you.
Right now, I am just having FOMO because I’m really tired and fatigue and have been in bed all day. I’ve had my first spike in a while two days ago, so I am trying not to do anything too crazy. I haven’t worked out in two days so I feel kinda blah, and I haven’t been a ton of places either.
